• No Refunds or Returns: All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any items once the purchase is complete.

• Digital Products: Because digital books and guides are delivered instantly via email, they are strictly non-refundable.

• Physical Goods: This policy applies to all apparel, including our Chakras Hoodie, and all healing stone sets.

Damages and Issues

• Inspection: Please inspect your order upon reception.

• Damaged Items: If your physical item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage so we can evaluate the issue.
